Clan Network Staff/Admin Rules

All the Clan Network staff are to abide by these rules layed out by Chief Admin, XenoMorF.

Clan Match Rules

Admin Rules:

Admins must never insult clan members/leaders or admins/refs with harmfull intent. Doing so will loose their adminship or will be removed from the league!

Admins should always help someone in #clan-network that needs assistance, if they are in #clannet-admins they should be kicked! That is a private channel and should not be used for help

Never deop/kick/ban another admin unless with good reason (doing it for a joke is NOT acceptable!)

If a member of a clan is being distruptive then consult with the clan leader 1st. If he/she is not online then give the member of the clan 1 warning. If they still continue then kick that individual, if they return and continue ban them for 1 hour.Then they will be delt with by a cheif admin Keep a log of this incident then it wont have to be your word vs theirs! (copy + pasting is not counted as a log and can not be used as evidence)

If a leader of a clan is being distruptive then give him 2 warnings. If they do not stop them ban them for 1 hour, and they will be delt with by a chief admin (Keep a log of this incident)

There is to be no kicking people at random. You will be kicked from the admin team!

The topic is NOT!!! to be changed by admins..This is only for the cheif admins! Even if the topic is changed to put a silly remark in..you will loose adminship and become a ref

If the bot is deoped/kicked/banned then you will be kicked from the admin team. The bots are there for a reason and they are not toys!

If a ref is opped then then admin that opped will him loose adminship and become a ref

If you are inactive then please deop yourself.Then clan leaders/members will not mistake you for an active admin and start spamming the channel

If a clan asks to join the league then refer them to the clan website If someone wants to become an admin then refer them to the topic (or if it is not in there...refer to channel #clannet-admins) Do not voice them...only cheifs can voice people in that channel

If any passwords to do with the league are given away - You will be banned from the admin team and will not be able to rejoin!!!

Do not op anyone in any of the league channels! we have bots to do this, anyone that is asking for op should be kicked (unless they are new admins and havnt been added to the bot yet, but still should not be opped)

Referee rules:

You are not allowed ops in mirc - If you get ops please report to a chief admin who it was (with a log) and deop yourself. Failing to do so and you will be kicked from the admin team

Any passwords to do with the league that is given away will end up with you being banned from the league without you rejoining!

You could be promoted to admin if there is space and if you have shown you are trustworthy, reliable and responsible. You will receive an email from one of the cheifs if you have been promoted. If anyone tells you in mirc or in a game u are promoted ignore them!

You are expected to behave in the mirc channel. Insulting and disruptive behavour will be delt with by cheif admins.

If someone asks to join the league, please direct them to the website if there is no admin active.

Match rules:

There will be no banning / kicking at random. Doing so and you will be banned from the league!

You are not to talk to players during the match, unless they have asked you a question.

You are to stop all insults being thrown between the clans. If they insult you these are the rules:

Member of a clan: You are to ask the leader of the clan to silence him. After that you give 1 warning to the player. After that you kick the player, after that ban the player!
Leader of a clan: You give the leader of the clan 2 warnings then kick, then ban the leader!

If a player is banned then they can not bring in a subsitute (so a 8v8 will be a 8v7)

Subsitutes are allowed during a game as long as the clan that is changing removes one of their players (or if there is space) and brings in the 8th (etc.) player. They are not allowed to bring 9 players then remove one! (or 8 players if one player is banned)

Rules before play:::

If not all 8 players on each team is present then keep restarting the map

All 8 players should be present. If they are not present within 10 mins of the starting time then the clan that has the least players should be asked: Forfeit or Play on?

Rules during play::: (Capture the flag games)

No backtracking! No mid field deathmatch (unless it is the deathmatch league[coming soon]) No insulting other teams players No insulting ref/admin during, before or after the game If a flag has left the base and the carrier is killed mid field- This is allowed If the carrier has entered his own base and is killed - 1 warning should be given to the player that killed him - 2nd time kick - 3rd time kick - 4th time banned

Rules during play::: (Not CTF)

No insulting other team players No insulting ref/admin during, before or after the game Camping is permitted

Rules about cheating:

Like all leagues we do not permit cheating, if someone declares a cheater the ref/admin is to follow that player and see if they are cheating (watch them for at least 10mins) After 10mins you can make your mind up if they are cheating. If they are kicked/banned and they dont cheat you can be demoted or kicked from the league (so be carefull about this subject) Remember: even though they are good they dont have to be cheating and also remember patchs and anti-cheat devices are on the server at all times!
